AI operations can spend credits from a personal or organization balance. Check the active context and the quote for the specific action before starting it.
Balance and allowances
Section titled “Balance and allowances”Open Settings → Billing & Usage for your balance and history. Organization credit information appears in its Organization settings. Plan allowances differ; see the quota comparison.
Included credits, purchased credits, trial credits, and rollover can follow different rules. Use the current account display for the next renewal and available balance rather than assuming every unused credit carries forward indefinitely.
Cost versus reservation
Section titled “Cost versus reservation”A tool can show a fixed Cost, an Estimated cost, or credits Reserved while processing. A reservation sets aside allowance while the result is prepared; it isn’t necessarily the final charge.
Wait for the job’s final status and inspect history before concluding that a reservation is a duplicate payment. Longer media, different output resolution, or another generation pass can change the quote.
Retry and reuse
Section titled “Retry and reuse”Reusing a result can have a different cost from generating a new one. Read the current quote. Editing a prompt and clicking Generate again can start another paid operation even if the previous image or analysis wasn’t what you wanted.
If a job fails, inspect its status and credit-history entries before resubmitting. Include the tool, approximate time, and visible error in feedback when the amount appears incorrect; don’t include private source material unnecessarily.
Buy more credits
Section titled “Buy more credits”Use a top-up pack offered in Billing & Usage when eligible. Review its price, credit amount, and purchase limits, then complete checkout. Check the updated balance after a successful payment.
Chat also has message-count and length limits by plan. A positive credit balance doesn’t remove every chat, storage, or rate limit.
