Transcription and content analysis

Open the intended video or supported audio draft before starting a tool. The selected draft matters: a result for an earlier version isn’t an analysis of a later upload.

Open Transcription where the media review offers it. Read the displayed cost or estimate, possible reservation, duration, and balance, then start the operation. Wait for processing to complete rather than launching a duplicate job.

When ready, use transcript search and select a segment to return to that playback position. The transcript can provide chapter navigation when available. Use Export as plain text for a text copy or Export as SRT subtitle file for timed subtitles.

Review names, specialist terms, and timing before using the transcript outside Stago. A transcript is generated text, not a guarantee that every word was recognized correctly.

Open the available analysis control for the selected media. Choose the offered analysis mode/settings and inspect the quote before starting. Results can cover scenes, engagement, audio consistency, export glitches, timeline flags, or recommendations, depending on the tool and material.

Read Coverage Notes and Settings Used when shown. Use issue timestamps to inspect the underlying media; decide whether the finding needs a change. AI doesn’t automatically repair the source edit.

Some tools can reuse an existing result or transcript. Check whether the quote says reuse is free or requires credits. A new analysis pass, changed settings, or regenerated output can have a separate cost.

If the result looks unrelated, check the project and draft version. If a job fails, review its status and credit history before retrying. Use upload troubleshooting when the underlying media isn’t ready.
