Open Settings → Notifications to choose how Stago tells you about assignments, uploads, comments, approvals, deadlines, membership, and other supported events.
Set channels and event categories
Section titled “Set channels and event categories”Start with Minimal, Standard, or Everything, then adjust the individual event/channel controls. Presets replace the affected choices; review the grid after applying one.
Available channels include in-app alerts, email, Telegram, and supported web push. A disabled channel can require a connection, browser permission, or an eligible feature. A preset doesn’t override those requirements.
Save and check the result. Changing your own notification preferences doesn’t configure every member of the project.
Quiet hours and digest
Section titled “Quiet hours and digest”Set quiet hours, work days, and digest options where offered. Check the account time zone and any critical-event exception. A digest groups eligible events; it isn’t a guarantee that every update arrives immediately.
Connect Telegram
Section titled “Connect Telegram”Open Settings → Integrations → Telegram Integration. Generate the offered connection link/token, open the Stago bot, and follow the displayed command if needed. Return to Stago and confirm the connected status.
Send a test notification when offered. Then enable the intended Telegram event controls in Notifications. Connecting the bot and choosing event delivery are separate steps. Disconnect in Integrations when that chat should no longer receive alerts.
Alerts inbox
Section titled “Alerts inbox”Use the app’s Alerts control to inspect unread events and open their source context. Mark an item or all items read after reviewing them. A read badge doesn’t complete the associated task.
Missing notifications
Section titled “Missing notifications”Check that the event’s channel is enabled, the integration is connected, quiet hours aren’t suppressing delivery, and the recipient still has access. For email, check the address and spam folder. For Push, check browser and operating-system permission.
A sent/delivery status doesn’t prove that a person read the message. If a link opens an unavailable object, verify the current account and project access.
Portal team email alerts have their own plan eligibility; see feature availability. For calendar reminders, see calendar and mobile use.
