Calendar and mobile use

Open the calendar control in the app navigation for upcoming deadlines, or open the full Calendar page for a broader view. On mobile, Calendar and other secondary destinations appear under More.

Use previous/next and Today to navigate the period. Choose All or My work where offered, and review any status/completed filters before interpreting an empty day.

Open an event to inspect its project and stage. A deadline can refer to work waiting on another stage; calendar visibility doesn’t remove that dependency or grant permission to complete it.

Calendar settings control the offered week-start, weekend, heat-map, and deadline-warning options. Save them and check the resulting view. Check Settings → General when a time appears in the wrong time zone.

Use the reminder action when an assignment needs follow-up. Check the intended recipients and result; an available reminder button isn’t proof that someone received a message.

The AI summary describes the selected calendar workload and potential timing risks. Read the generated time and scope. Use refresh/regenerate only when you want another analysis and after checking the displayed credit cost.

Verify suggested risks against the actual stage state. The summary doesn’t automatically move deadlines or reassign work.

Use the mobile bottom navigation for Dashboard, Projects, and Alerts; More holds other destinations. The avatar opens account/profile controls separately.

Choose Install Stago from the user menu or the supported browser’s install control when available. The browser/device determines the installation steps. An installed window still uses your Stago account and its permissions.

Installation doesn’t guarantee that project editing, uploads, or approvals work offline. Keep a connection for changes that must reach the shared workspace. Follow the app’s update prompt when offered.

Enable the intended Push events in Notifications and grant browser/OS notification permission when you want them. Some browsers or devices limit push availability. If alerts stop, check both layers; reinstalling isn’t the first troubleshooting step.
