An Image stage can hold a gallery of stills, designs, references, or cover options. Each item keeps its own identity within the selected draft.
Upload and open the gallery
Section titled “Upload and open the gallery”- Create an Image upload stage and select or drop the images into the upload area.
- Check the result for every image. Finish the upload when the intended set is ready.
- Open the paired review. Choose a thumbnail to inspect that item; use the gallery’s size controls to change thumbnail density.
- Enlarge the image when you need to inspect details. Zooming changes your view, not the source image.
Use clear file names so reviewers can distinguish alternatives. The format reference explains supported image formats and the difference between gallery and single-file upload paths.
Leave feedback on an image
Section titled “Leave feedback on an image”Select the item before opening Comments. Add a written explanation and use the drawing annotation control when the issue concerns a particular area. A note such as “Move this logo away from the edge” is easier to act on when the marked area and the words agree.
Replies keep the discussion together. Resolve a comment when its request has been handled; resolving feedback doesn’t automatically approve the image or stage.
Favorites and decisions
Section titled “Favorites and decisions”Use likes or favorites to collect preferences. They aren’t the same as Approve. An authorized reviewer accepts the draft or chooses Request Changes. Check the selected gallery version before either action.
New uploads after a revision request form the next review iteration. Revisit the gallery and check the actual items before telling the client that the replacement is ready.
Download and client access
Section titled “Download and client access”Download the selected image when your permissions allow it. A portal visitor only sees visible projects and stages, and the link’s permissions govern commenting, approval, upload, and download.
If an annotation appears missing, first check the item and draft version. If the browser can’t display an image, try a supported format exported from the original design application; changing the filename extension doesn’t convert the file.
For reusable logos and brand material, use the File Library instead of creating a production review for every reuse.
