Plan labels show which workspace plans include a function. Free, Base, Pro, and Business can have different capabilities and limits, even when a guide describes the same workflow.
How to read the labels
Section titled “How to read the labels”A Base · Pro · Business label means that the function is available on those plans. It does not mean that all three plans have the same quotas or customization options.
Use the plan of the account or organization that owns the feature. A client’s visiting device or separate personal subscription does not determine the portal owner’s limits. Your role and project permissions still control which actions you can perform.

“—” means the function is not included in that plan. “Included” describes plan eligibility; required permissions, available credits, connected accounts, and usage limits still apply.

“No plan cap” means that this particular plan quota does not impose a numerical limit. Storage, content-type upload limits, permissions, and processing requirements still apply. Zero rollover means no included-credit rollover.
Check the organization’s billing summary for added seats and current charges. Project member limits and paid organization seats are different quantities.
Trials and current usage
Section titled “Trials and current usage”A Pro trial uses its trial entitlements and credit allowance while active. Review Settings → Subscription and Billing & Usage for your current plan and account-specific usage before changing a subscription.
