File Library

Available onBaseProBusiness

Open Files in the app navigation. Library stores reusable assets; Project Files lists material already uploaded to production stages. Availability depends on your personal or eligible organization scope.

Choose the personal or organization scope before uploading. Use New Folder to organize the active location, then Upload File to add a logo, guideline, reference, music file, or other supported asset.

At the root, the Library groups material into Pinned / Brand, Most Reused, Recently Uploaded, and Unused Files. Inspect size, owner, date, and usage to find the appropriate asset. Search and filters apply within the selected scope.

Pin brand assets when they should stay easy to find. Rename or move material using the controls available to your role, then check the resulting folder. A folder’s name doesn’t change who owns the files.

Use the library picker offered in a stage or comment to choose a reusable file. Check its name and scope before attaching it. Stago records active references so the team can see where an asset is used.

Attaching an asset doesn’t mean it becomes an approved production release. Review and delivery decisions still happen in the project’s workflow.

Use Project Files to locate uploaded material by project, stage, type, or source. Open its source stage when you need to inspect versions, review, rename, or remove the production material; the index isn’t an independent editable copy.

If the Files destination isn’t available on your current plan/scope, open accessible project files directly through their stages.

A library asset with active references cannot be deleted until those uses are removed. Open its usage information and remove the intended attachments first. Folders need to be empty before deletion.

Organization library management can require a manager or owner even when a member may view or upload. For storage cleanup and retained drafts, use Storage & Trash.

If an expected file is missing, check the owner scope, folder, filters, and whether it is a Library asset or a Project File.
