AI Chat and workflow assistance

Open AI Chat from the app navigation for help with Stago or a production question. Give the project context and the result you need, while keeping passwords and integration tokens out of the conversation.

Describe the problem, the relevant stage or content type, and what you already tried. For example: “Plan an audio review pipeline with a client approval after the first mix.” Check the reply against the actual controls and your account’s features.

AI replies can be mistaken or incomplete. An answer describing a change doesn’t prove that the project has changed; return to the workspace and inspect the result.

Open the AI Assistant panel in Flow for pipeline-related help. Its Chat, Suggestions, Alerts, and Deadlines views can propose stages, assignments, timing, or changes based on the available project context.

Read the proposal before applying it. Check the stage names, content modes, dependencies, responsible people, deadlines, approval requirements, and client visibility. Apply only the changes you intend, then inspect the actual pipeline.

AI Health and digest controls summarize available project information. Check the selected project, generated time, and coverage. A saved summary can describe an earlier state; refresh it when needed using the displayed cost and action.

A suggestion isn’t a team assignment or a final decision until the corresponding project change succeeds.

AI tools have their own usage rules. Chat message count and length vary by plan; generation and analysis actions can require credits. Read the quote and balance shown for the operation instead of assuming every AI button costs the same amount.

If a request fails or your allowance is exhausted, inspect credits and usage. Avoid repeated submissions while a previous job is still running.
