| Approved | An authorized reviewer accepted the relevant work. |
| Revision | A new iteration requested after review. |
| Release | The selected accepted assets for final project delivery. |
| Main Video | The selected primary video in a release, used by supported publishing flows. |
| Contact | A person in the team catalog, who may not yet be a registered active member. |
| Role / group | A reusable set of team responsibilities and permissions. |
| Permission override | A project-specific change to a member’s usual permissions. |
| Client Portal | An external client’s shared project space. |
| Portal link | A client access link with its own actions, expiry, and optional entry controls. |
| Library asset | A reusable file that can be referenced from work. |
| Intelligent brief | Client intake and a proposed pipeline reviewed before project creation. |
| AI reservation | Credits set aside while an operation is processing, distinct from its final charge. |
| Trash | Material eligible for restoration until permanently removed under the offered controls. |
