Open Settings from the user menu. General controls preferences such as time zone and interface settings; Profile holds your personal account information.
Profile and email
Section titled “Profile and email”Edit the available name, avatar, and profile fields, then save and check the result. A profile change doesn’t rename an organization or change another person’s contact record.
Sensitive changes such as email or passkey management can require verification. For an email change, first verify through the current inbox when prompted, then confirm the new address using the link sent there. Your account email remains unchanged until the final confirmation. Keep access to the current address until the change finishes.
Passkeys
Section titled “Passkeys”Open Profile → Passkeys. Verify by email when prompted, enter a recognizable name, and use Use phone or security key or Create on this device as appropriate.
The browser or device completes passkey creation with its own prompt. A key stored only on one device/browser may not be available elsewhere. Keep another available sign-in method before removing a passkey.
To remove one, identify it by name, choose Remove, and read the confirmation. If passkeys aren’t supported, use a supported browser over HTTPS and the other sign-in methods offered by Stago.
Time zone and notifications
Section titled “Time zone and notifications”Choose the time zone you work in, then check a known deadline. Notification quiet hours and calendar views can depend on it. Changing a display preference doesn’t move an agreed production deadline by itself.
Privacy choices
Section titled “Privacy choices”Open Settings → Privacy to inspect Product analytics and Help improve Stago AI. These are separate choices with their own descriptions and saved-state messages.
Read the in-app explanation before enabling or disabling them. Privacy-policy and terms links in the same area provide the current policy text; this guide doesn’t replace those policies.
If a verification email is missing, check spam and the address shown, then use the offered resend action. Never send a password, passkey recovery information, or sign-in link through a public feedback form.
